Dockton Park Dock is considered as a pier in King County. It is located at the wonderful island of Vashon, Washington. This pier has a beautiful spot for boat launch and fishing activities. In March 2019, the pier has been closed due to structural damage caused by the storm. King County Parks prohibited the use of the floating piers, including the breakwater and finger piers, to ensure the safety of the general public. Gladly, as of June 2022, the Dockton Park Dock re-opens with lots of repairs, changes and add-ons on the facilities. Everyone can use the pier at this time. Afterward, in 2023, construction will begin on the new playground, which will shortly emerge in the park.
