Surfside Jetty operated since 1979 and is located at 101 Parkview Road, Surfside Beach, TX, USA. Unlike any other pier that has woods and railings, Surfside jetty has a large rock on both sides and extends a mile into the Gulf of Mexico. This is a free of charge fishing pier which allows fishermen to walk right down to the water in order to net or gaff their catches. The jetty has a very wide walkway where people can walk freely without bumping to another. The park also offers a wide and free parking lot. Furthermore, The Surfside Jetty is an excellent location for saltwater fishing.
