Hunting Island State Park Fishing Pier
The former Paradise Fishing Pier, now operated by the State Park, is located on the southern most part of Hunting Island. This fishing pier extends 1,120 feet out into the Fripp Inlet, the water between Fripp Island and Hunting Island. The address if plugged into Google Maps will take you to the northern tip of Hunting Island, but the pier is located on the Southern side. Great fishing here since the water is brackish from the river and ocean mixing and providing a lot of different fish species. There are some monster Redfish in this area as well. We are posting a video of one bull redfish caught in the middle of the Fripp Inlet.
