Lake Worth Pier
The newly-opened Lake Worth Pier lures fishing enthusiasts as it is one of the longest piers on Florida’s Atlantic coast. The fishing pier was badly damaged in 2004 but was repaired (with the help of FEMA) and reopened in May 2009. Lake Worth Pier is 996 feet long and offers a restaurant along with bait shack and shade structures. The restaurant was built in 1986 and is located at the start of the pier.
