Newport Fishing Pier is one of the most unique amenities of the Newport Beachside hotel & resort. The structure is 776 feet long and features the latest technological advancements in modern construction of this type. Because of damage sustained from Hurricane Wilma in 2005, the Pier now has hurricane impact rated windows and doors. The pier is also home to the Beach Bar, a great place to dine and enjoy the oceanfront views. From fresh seafood and steaks to sandwiches and salads, Beach Bar has something for everyone. On the second floor there is also a lifeguard observation area.
