Dania Beach Fishing Report - June 21, 2024

Current Conditions:

  • Weather: Partly cloudy with temperatures around 82°F. Winds are moderate at 22 mph, gusting up to 30 mph. Humidity is at 77% with a dew point of 74°F​ 
  • Water Temperature: The water temperature is steady at 80°F​ 

Fishing Activity:

  • Recent Catch: Keeper mutton snapper are coming in from the deeper water likely from the increased swell.  Target the mutton snapper with live shrimp or cut bait.
  • Other Species Being Caught: Besides mutton snapper, anglers are reporting catches of king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, and snook. The bite is consistent, especially during the early morning and late afternoon hours​

  • High Tide: 7:06 AM and 7:57 PM
  • Low Tide: 1:24 AM and 1:33 PM​ 

Best Times to Fish:

  • Morning: From 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • Evening: From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
