It is a public mini pier that is located at the Avalon. Basically, the name of the pier was based on its exact location, 5th Ave and 20th Street Avalon Fishing pier. Built in front of the Pennsylvania Harbor, this ordinary dock lies beside luxurious beach houses and apartments along 20th Street. This public fishing dock was one of many waterfront locations. It is open for everyone, but can be accessed during daylight only. The pier lacks amenities, but it can still be a good fishing spot.
